Gobble Gobble!

When/Where: Thanksgiving 2010
My Mood: Slightly embarrassed, but happy to lick the floor

No, I didn't get a new silky conditioner for my fur... that is turkey juice.  I was trying to be helpful while Daddy was carving the turkey... he was dripping some turkey juice, so I thought I would clean it up off the floor.  To my surprise, that juice dripped on my head!  Mommy was not thrilled and now she keeps telling me that I need a bath! ugh!

Laser Vision!

When/Where: Central Park a week ago I think... in the darkness, in the leaves!
My Mood: I can seeeeeee you!

It is a bit confusing... just a couple of weeks ago, when the humans came home, we went outside and the sun was out.  I am pretty sure they are getting home at the same time, but now it is seriously dark outside!  I don't really understand astronomy or what the sun is quite frankly, so I have decided the world is slowly coming to an end.

I have also decided that I have laser vision... check it out above!

Does my nose look big?

When and Where: This weekend, sleeping the the couch
My Mood: Sleepy

I have a big sniffer and an equally long snout.  Mom says she loves my snout, but in this picture it looks a lot longer than it does from my vantage point.

Can we follow?

I think Mommy is mean. We went on a walk with Daddy to Central Park, and she must have said something to him because after we got to the park, HE RAN OFF!  I tried to run after him, but I seem to be tethered to Mommy, so I refused to walk and waited for Daddy to return.  Luckily, he seemed to travel in a circular motion and found his way back to us.  Whew.

When and Where: About a week ago, in Central Park
My mood: Very concerned!

Nubbin'

Where and When: My favorite spot, on the bed.  A few weeks ago
I am Feeling: Guarded

When my chew-chews get small like the one in my mouth above, I guard it.  The humans have been known to take it from me when it gets this small.  They say it is a "choking hazard", but I am pretty sure they are just overreacting.  I have worked very hard to get it this small!

NO!

I was told to "come" and I think it is a trick, so I am hiding under the bed where no one can see me.

When and Where: last week, under the bed
I am feeling: like a bad girl after attacking a plant and eating some dirt....

Don't Laugh...

I am not thrilled with this picture... and I was luke warm about what happened right before this picture was taken.  I must say I was fascinated watching the humans swim in the pool, but they misinterpreted my fascination as interest and proceeded to "teach" me to swim.

No thanks, I'll take red....

We went on our evening walk and Dad joined, which is always nice, but we had all these bags with us.  I told them I didn't really need all my toys and chew chews for a quick walk... whatever.  But then we spread out a blanket and opened some wine and some music started!  Crazy!  There were millions of people around us, but I am not sure what they were doing there. Needless to say, I was forced to drink white wine, when they know I prefer red.

When and Where: July 2010 - Central Park NY Philharmonic

Central Park 5 Cent Tour

I had such a great weekend... Aunt J came to visit with Uncle S and we had such an amazing time.  I gave them a tour of central park and they suggested we take a boat ride on the lake.  I had never done that, so we did!! I loved it!  I got to see fish and birds and turtles and run around the bottom of the boat and give kisses to everyone!  Thanks Dad for rowing!

When and Where: June 2010 - Central Park, ON A BOAT
I'm Feeling: happy but a little sea sick.

AHHCH!

I love walking, so when we left the apartment, I assumed we'd be going to Central Park, which I love.  Instead we took an insanely long walk down Riverside Park and then I was unleashed and left to fend for myself among a bunch of dogs that looked kinda like me.  I must say, it was terrifying.  The picture above is of me fleeing the advances of a bratwurst.
